Tarot Recipe: Sloppy Knight

Although it may seem harsh, I find Knight of Cups a little sloppy. They are a dreamer, who doesn’t seem to care much about where they are going as long as it is following their heart. Although I support following your heart, I cannot help but wonder “if they had a destination in their mind.”

The Sloppy Knight

Although it may seem harsh, I find Knight of Cups a little sloppy. They are a dreamer, who doesn’t seem to care much about where they are going as long as it is following their heart. Although I support following your heart, I cannot help but wonder “if they had a destination in their mind.”

World Spirit Tarot Knight of Cups

Are you a Knight of Cups-loved person? Have you ever been in a Knight of Cups relationship? Have you been the Knight of Cups. They are the first knight-errant to ever seek romance. They are the person who loves being in love.

They are sloppy and I dedicate this recipe to them.

Sloppy Joes

1.5 lb turkey
4 tbsp low-sodium tomato paste
1/2 large onion diced
Half large green bell pepper diced
2 C cherry tomatoes
Three cloves of garlic minced
2 tbsp chili powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tbsp Brown Mustard
1 1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
5 tbsp ketchup
1/3 cup water

Instructions

Saute onions in a small skillet. Then add the turkey and brown it.
You can add cherry tomatoes to the mixture (we had some left over…you have the option of skipping this step). As they cook, smash them. Be on the lookout for the squirters
Add the green pepper, garlic and onion. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until vegetables become slightly softened.
Mix in the tomato paste. Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix all ingredients together. Cover and let rest for 10-15 minutes.

This can be done in a slow cooker

Sauté meat, onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Drain. Place in a crockpot. Add seasonings et al. Cook on low for 3-4 hrs. Taste. Season with salt if needed.
